Art is an essential talent that is needed in life. Without we would not have the creativity and individuality as we do today. Art is taught as a voice to the voiceless and a soul to the soulless. Art can represent the beauties and horrors of the world and what it is meant to have common humanity. As of now, many states are questioning whether or not to support the art programs for the communities or to cut all funding. Economy problems are occurring and because the government needs money, art is the first program to be cut. The government is becoming more in debt and the members of the the national government along with local governments need ways to pay off the debt they are drowning in. Their solution is to cut reduce art spending and eventually cut art altogether. In the last few years, art has been disappearing around the world and because of the lack of funding being set aside for art programs, it has resulted in the significant decrease of creativity people hold within themselves. For this blog and along with volunteer service at and art organization, I hope to help spread art around the community again and fight to keep art as a main program instead as a neglected class. Art should be used everyday to express emotion and experiences Along with showing your creativity and uniqueness in the art work you portray.
